Why are you a Business Angel?
Ganal Venture GmbH aims to support founders and teams in successfully implementing their innovative ideas. This includes coaching, networking, and financing. We are excited to see young startups grow, especially supporting them in the critical early stages. As a Business Angel, I have the opportunity to constantly learn and develop personally. Through my previous work, I can share experience and knowledge via Ganal Venture GmbH and optimize business strategies.
Why did you join BACB e.V.?
The Business Angel Club Berlin has an excellent reputation and a strong network of experienced investors and successful entrepreneurs. Berlin is a dynamic and growing startup hub, and through joint investment opportunities, we want to actively contribute to promoting the local startup scene with Ganal Venture GmbH.
What qualities should founders have to be successful?
Successful founders should be passionate and committed, possess perseverance and resilience, and be willing to take risks. From my experience, good communication skills and a continuous willingness to learn are also important to successfully realize visions.
What qualities should Business Angels / investors have to be successful?
Successful Business Angels should have patience, a willingness to take risks, and the ability to provide both strategic support and mentorship when needed. Integrity, good communication skills, and analytical thinking and action complete the profile.
How do you support the startup ecosystem and founders?
Ganal Venture GmbH supports young startups with individual coaching, its network, and financial resources. It is particularly important to us to be a reliable and helpful partner, standing by the founders in both good and challenging times. Our coaching expertise primarily focuses on marketing, communication, and company formation.
What is your vision for the startup scene?
My vision for the startup scene is a dynamic and sustainable environment that fosters innovation and technological progress. Through strong networks, access to resources and capital, as well as a supportive and unbureaucratic environment, startups can combine economic growth with social responsibility to tackle global challenges.
