Whether online or offline – we bring business angels and experts together with startups to create synergies, promote trust and transparency, and invest successfully in startups together. We are digital pioneers, but digital tools are not an end in themselves for us. We use them purposefully to efficiently connect angels and startups and network across borders.
With our digital deal flow platform and clearly structured processes, we offer our members the opportunity to discover startups and participate in activities regardless of location. In digital intro calls and cluster meetings, members and startups get to know each other, while our on-site events also bring the community together physically. Our Pitching Days are additionally streamed professionally with multiple perspectives and chat functions. This way, we provide angels outside Berlin with remote access to the local startup ecosystem — and far beyond.

How to become a business angel
Working as a business angel is possible for everyone, in order to successfully support young companies in their development. A wide range of expertise is required, ranging from specialized knowledge to cross-functional topics such as marketing or HR. Investments in startups start at €10,000, either as convertible loans or equity. On April 23 (evening) and 24, 2026, the BACB invites top business angels, venture capitalists, and experts from the startup ecosystem as speakers to share experiences, learn from each other, and network effectively.
