The Business Angels Club Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. assumes no liability regarding the content, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information, business ideas, or business plans provided to the association by founders or entrepreneurs as part of inquiries.
II. For Founders and Entrepreneurs Submitting Inquiries to the Association
The Business Angels Club Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. serves as an information and exchange forum for founders, entrepreneurs, and business angels, with the primary goal of connecting young, innovative companies from high-growth markets with business angels and, where applicable, other investors from the BACB network. The offices of the association act as coordinators in facilitating such contacts. They assist with arranging meetings between business angels, network partners of the association, and the inquiring founders/companies, and organize monthly matching events. The association cannot provide binding commitments for contact with business angels, and in some cases, no contact will materialize.
Any financial participation of business angels in startups or companies seeking a business angel through the association is carried out solely at the risk of both the investor and the founder, and without liability of the Business Angels Club Berlin-Brandenburg e.V.
The Business Angels Club Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. does not provide consulting services and does not participate in investment negotiations or business transactions between companies and business angels or the network partners of the association.
The Business Angels Club Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. also cannot provide any guarantee or assume liability for the creditworthiness of business angels or network partners.
